What’s Happening in the Cheese World This Month: April 2023

We love Easter, as it gives us an excuse to eat more chocolate … with our cheese! Yes, it’s official: eating cheese and chocolate together is a good thing. Is it the salty-sweet combination, the fact that they’re both fermented products or that they’re so utterly addictive? Whatever it is, we’re all over it. If you’re looking for things to do, other than eat cheese and chocolate this April, then we’ve got the pick of what’s going on in the cheese world this month. Also keep an eye on our events page and courses page for events and training courses taking place in the months ahead.
