Partout Fromage was founded by cheese specialist Galina Danard.

In 2013 Galina studied  “Cheese as cultural heritage” at Tours University (France). With her interest in gastronomy (and more specifically cheese) confirmed, she signed up for a year-long course organised by French Federation of Cheesemongers, which prepares the cheesemongers with a deeper knowledge of cheesemaking, history and geography of European cheeses, selling methods, principles of pairings and other cheese-related subjects. 

Galina gained experience in some famous Parisian cheese houses (like Alleosse) before opening her own cheesemongers in the 1st district of Paris. 

The location of the shop (in the very centre of the city) gave her lots of opportunity to work with international clients and organise multiple cheese tasting events and workshops.
