What’s in the masterclass?
This hour-long live webcast will help you understand and develop your enjoyment of cheese this festive season– from learning how to select your cheese, what to serve with it and how to use up any leftovers (if you have any!), followed by a 30-minute Q&A.
Your masterclass itinerary
In this live webcast, Hero Hirsh – Head of Retail for legendary cheesemongers Paxton & Whitfield, cheese judge and Academy Training Partner – and BBC Good Food’s Group magazines editor and cheese enthusiast, Keith Kendrick, will guide you seamlessly from Christmas Eve to New Year with the best cheeses for each of these momentous occasions.
