Every two years, over one hundred cheese makers, scientists, and members of the cheese industry gather at North Cadbury Court in Somerset for presentation and discussion of current research on topics related to artisan cheese.

Since the first conference in 2012, they have provided a rare opportunity to share practical and technical information geared specifically toward this specialist audience. Just as importantly, they provide a chance to meet others within the industry and spend two days making connections and exploring new ideas.

Registration is £475 plus VAT and includes participation in all sessions, lunch both days, and dinner on Tuesday evening.
