Emma Young, Author of the newly released book ‘The Cheese Wheel’ and Expert Affineur Perry Wakeman at Rennet & Rind will be hosting a one off event during the November Chiswick Cheese Market.

Emma and Perry are international cheese judges who have just returned from the World Cheese Awards 2023 in Trondheim, Norway.

In this masterclass you will learn about five cheeses from the UK which have come back with awards, including two which made it to the Top 16 out of 4000 cheeses.
