In this cheese tasting masterclass Claire will uncover the history of Burt’s, including how she turned a kitchen-table hobby into a multi-award winning business. She will share with you the artisan techniques used for her Drunken Burt cheese and talk about her latest experimentation with Burt’s Blue.
