Patrick McGuigan (cheese expert) and Victoria Daskal (wine expert) will be presenting their top cheese & wine, unveiling some their best finds from the World Cheese Awards (where they judge), and discussing how to understand quality in cheese and in wine, and what makes for the perfect pairing.
