Perfect for any cheese enthusiast, these fun 2.5 hours workshops are a great introduction to cheese-making.
The workshops are run by Claire Burt, and held in Burt’s Cheese ‘classroom’ on the farm next to the dairy.
During the workshop you will learn the basic principles of cheese-making, giving you the opportunity to get hands on and make your own fresh soft cheese, which you take away to and enjoy at home.
Claire will also show you how they make their award-winning Burts Cheese, and you can get involved in the process too. This cheese will be cared for and matured at the dairy and can be collected at a later date.
