You will gain an understanding of why these are the perfect cheeses for the competition, learn the story behind each cheese, discover the different flavour profiles and hear Perry’s perfect pairings. At the end of the tasting, you will have the chance to ask Perry and Tracey your cheese-related questions.
If you’re currently studying towards an Academy of Cheese certification, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about affinage and fill in your tasting notes.
Taste Along With Perry
Rennet & Rind have put together a tasting box for the evening, so you can join in as Perry guides you through each cheese. The box, which contains approx. 200g of each cheese, crackers and tasting notes, is available to purchase online for £30 (plus P&P). Boxes will be limited, so make sure your get your order in early to avoid missing out.
