Makers & Mongers continues its collaboration with MonS Formation after a Covid-induced hiatus of two years!
Deeply rooted in the glory of French cheese tradition, MonsFormation integrates hands-on practice, formal instruction, and classroom discussion to train cheese professionals.
The course is offered at Mons Fromager-Affineur’s headquarters, in Saint-Haon-le-Châtel, France, where participants work in the caves with Mons professionals.
One week residency/5 days of training, incorporating 50% theory and discussion, 50% hands-on experience and practice
Class Size : Maximum of 6 students, minimum of 4 students
Tuition: 2800€, includes lodging, breakfasts and lunches, and ground transportation during program
Strict health and safety protocols will be applied, consistent with best practices and French regulations.
