The regions of France all have their own particular cheeses to offer, and weather patterns provide clues to the type of styles you can enjoy as well as mountain or valleys too. There is so much to choose from it is sometimes quite daunting but we are going to explore all the regions and enjoy fresh, soft, washed, hard and blue cheeses that you may know and love already but some that are also new to you. Lead by
Ed Billins, who will describe the history behind some of the cheeses together with interesting facts behind the styles and techniques.
This event includes a cheese tasting board; wines, beers and ciders will be available to purchase on the evening.
