Meet the cheesemaker – an evening with Mary Quicke

Event details

Join Mary Quicke – farmer, cheesemaker and one of our founding Directors, for a guided tasting of Quicke’s clothbound cheese, understanding its heritage, techniques and flavours.

In this hour long webinar Mary will uncover the history of Quicke’s and share with you their artisan techniques – like the way they wrap their cheese in muslin cloth and lard, why this is done and the impact on the flavour of the cheese.

This will be followed by a guided tasting of four of the delicious Quicke’s clothbound cheeses:

  • Mature Cheddar
