This guided tasting will take you beyond the classic port & stilton combination and get you warmed up for the festive season. We will lead you through the Academy’s Structured Approach to Tasting Cheese whilst improving your cheese and port knowledge.
Jean-Louis Naveilhan expert sommelier will introduce the ports, his experience and connections within the world of drinks brings a passion for excellence to the selection.
Tracey Colley, founding Director of the Academy of Cheese and International cheese judge of over 14 years will take you through your cheese journey.
