As summer approaches the new season produce is arriving in our shops. In turn our chefs showcase this on our daily changing café menus. Our next Chef workshop & supper, hosted by our Head chef Alessandro, will share his culinary experience of summer entertaining. Whilst this can easy as cheese, charcuterie, bread & wine, it is also a chance to bring fresh vibrant produce to your table with simple summer dishes highlighting the importance of good quality ingredients brought together with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs & clever seasoning to create lively delicious plates.
Patricia will take guests on a journey through the hills of Provence, talking about some of our favourite summer cheeses & how they can be the perfect addition to your summer table alongside fresh fruits & summery desserts – just keep the wine flowing…
