Inspired by the shop which is essentially his kitchen larder, La Fromagerie Head Chef Alessandro has chosen 3 ingredients that are prominent on his menus during each month to highlight through a special Supper Club. The menu may also feature either a sharing dish, such as a pie, or a fish or meat entree alongside other seasonal produce, a cheese course chosen by our cheesemongers & or a seasonal dessert.
