Alessandro, our head chef, sees in the new year with a classic dish of ‘Cotechino & Lentils’ - as in Italy lentils are a way of celebrating the new year to bring wealth & happiness - ensuring conta quatrini tutto l’anno – you will count coins all year long! The more lentils you eat, the better your fortune – hopefully!

We start 2020 events with a classic winter supper inspired by the ‘Milky Way’ snowy mountains of Northern Italy.
Join us at a cosy candle lit La Fromagerie – guaranteed to brighten a cold grey January!
We will begin with an Italian Fondue, followed by a classic dish of Emilia Romagna with slow cooked Cotechino, a rich deliciously spiced sausage and the meat juices marry with the Casteluccio lentils to create a wonderfully warming stew.

Wines will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle on the night
