Intermediate wine tasting
The Academy of Cheese return to WSET School London, this time with Brindisa Spanish Foods!
We’ve chosen a selection of exceptional regional Spanish cheeses from Brindisa’s range, and paired them with an array of brilliant Spanish wines. The event will be co-hosted by Brindisa’s Rupert Linton along with our own Lydia Harrison DipWSET, who’ll be giving you some information and insight into the wine pairings.

Please note, the exact list may differ slightly on the evening.
The evening starts at 6.30pm, and tastings finish between 8.00 and 8.30pm.
Booking Terms and Conditions: Payment in full must be made at the time of booking and places are not confirmed until payment has been received, we cannot take provisional bookings.
Transfer requests will be accepted up to two weeks before each event.
Cancellation charges: Up to 2 weeks before the tasting you will receive a refund less 10%. Within 2 weeks of the tasting fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
