White Lake’s home is set at Bagborough Farm – just off the Glastonbury festival site, in Pylle Somerset.
The milk they use to create the wonderful goat cheese is provided by Roger’s own beloved herd – a mix of Toggenburg, British Alpine and Saanen goats. A local Guernsey herd provide cows’ milk and sheeps’ milk comes from a flock also located just down the road from their farm. The result is minimal food miles, support for their Somerset neighbours, and truly exceptional cheese!
The team at White Lake have now launched an online shop, offering a variety of cow, goat and sheeps milk cheese. Delivery is available for £6.50 or free over £30.
