Makers of the award-winning Pitchfork Cheddar and Gorwydd Caerphilly, Brothers Todd and Maugan have been making cheese together for 25 years.

Using time honoured methods, exceptional milk quality and their own unique recipe they produce Pitchfork Cheddar and Gorwydd Caerphilly from their dairy in Somerset. Both cheeses were in the top 16 at the 2021/22 World Cheese Awards and Gorwydd is currently Best British Cheese (7th worldwide).
