What will I learn?
The Cheese Stall is a family run cheese mongers based in Winchester. They sell their cheese at the old fashioned Winchester street market and use their HQ for affinage, cheese processing, training and tasting events.
Courses at The Cheese Stall are all about experience. The courses are delivered with a combination of theory, tasting and practical hand on experience in their purpose built cheese room. As well as learning and discussing the theoretical elements in cheese making, delegates taking their course here have the opportunity to touch, feel and taste their way through the process, developing a deeper understanding along the way.
The course will run over one day, between 10am – 4pm.
Please note once the course is booked it is non-refundable. All bookings are final, however, if you are unable to attend you can reassign your booking to a new available date or to another person. We require 14 days’ notice prior to original booking date.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at short notice should events beyond our control make this unavoidable. Should this occur, delegates will be offered a place on our next available scheduled course or a full refund.
