We want to give you the tools to fully appreciate the vast range of delicious cheese out there.
Learn about how cheese is made, how to taste and how to approach cheese pairing with The Cheese Bar’s spirit of adventure!
We’ll cover everything from The Make Process and the art of the Affineur to the history of cheese, but ultimately we will taste and enjoy a wide range of cheeses – from the UK and beyond. We’ll also learn how best to select and serve cheeses and what to drink alongside them to live your best Cheese Life!
The course will take place over 3 x two hour sessions beamed direct to your home via Zoom.
6.30PM – 8.30 PM (GMT)
Each session will be fully interactive, discussion will be encouraged and, most importantly, we’ll deliver ten of the course cheeses to you ahead of the first session, for the all-important tasting. The Course will be led by our Head Cheesemonger Sam Wilkin.

Please note once the course is booked it is non-refundable. All bookings are final, however, if you are unable to attend you can reassign your booking to a new available date or to another person. We require 14 days’ notice prior to original booking date.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at short notice should events beyond our control make this unavoidable. Should this occur, delegates will be offered a place on our next available scheduled course or a full refund.
