What will I learn?
This Level 1 course will take place virtually using Zoom on three Wednesday evenings in February 2021: Weds 10th, Weds 17th and Weds 24th – starting at 6pm each evening. Each delegate will receive a box of their tasting cheese delivered prior to each weekly session. The first box of cheese will include a detailed delegate pack and even a free acacia wood Paxton & Whitfield cheese board.
Level 1 is designed to appeal to anyone with a personal or professional interest in cheese. You will learn to taste like a pro, discover a structured approach to tasting and be introduced to a range of tools for effectively communicating about cheese. You’ll improve your knowledge, learn how cheese is made, how to assess quality and develop an understanding of the provenance and range of cheese available. The price includes access to the online exam and official Academy of Cheese certification once you’ve passed the exam.

Please note once the course is booked it is non-refundable. All bookings are final, however, if you are unable to attend you can reassign your booking to a new available date or to another person. We require 14 days’ notice prior to original booking date.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at short notice should events beyond our control make this unavoidable. Should this occur, delegates will be offered a place on our next available scheduled course or a full refund.
