What will I learn?
Our in-depth knowledge of the cheesemakers comes from our significant presence across the UK. We have spent many years developing our relationships with the makers and getting to know how each of them work, the challenges that they face and how they are overcome to create incredible cheeses. From wonderful stories about how they first started out making cheese to the tiny details of where their dairy herds graze, or what they are fed, to where they are matured and how long for – it all goes towards giving all of our team at Harvey & Brockless a unique perspective, adding greater value to any course that you take with us – and of course we have the largest selection of farmhouse cheeses in the UK.

Please note once the course is booked it is non-refundable. All bookings are final, however, if you are unable to attend you can reassign your booking to a new available date or to another person. We require 14 days’ notice prior to original booking date.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at short notice should events beyond our control make this unavoidable. Should this occur, delegates will be offered a place on our next available scheduled course or a full refund.
