Make cheese training an essential part of your business’ offering
Skilful training of eager cheese enthusiasts and professionals is key to the Academy of Cheese’s long-term success. To help grow our network of accredited individuals, we are looking for additional training experts to deliver our specialist course programme.
Through our official Training Partners, we are making standardised industry accreditation a reality. It’s a positive step and you can play a valuable role by delivering course content that fulfils the Academy’s assessment requirements. The more people that we can collectively engage in the programme, the greater the impact will be. Your involvement has the potential to make a big difference.
Level One is intended to have the broadest possible appeal; attracting retailers, producers, wholesalers, chefs and the general cheese-loving public; with subsequent stages becoming progressively more technical. The scope for training is enormous and by offering the UK’s official cheese accreditation there is the potential to add another valuable revenue stream to your business.
Join an elite group
To date, Level One training is being delivered by sixteen Training Partners in the UK including Guild of Fine Food, Paxton & Whitfield, The School of Artisan Food and Harvey & Brockless. We are also in discussion with other organisations that are keen to offer accreditation. If you have the necessary expertise to train delegates to pass the Academy’s examinations then we’re eager to hear from you.
